Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner comprising in Survey No.196 measuring 23 cents situated at Virupatchipuram Village, Vellore Taluk & District based on the representation dated 15.09.2021. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Rajendiran For Respondents: Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2021 to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property comprised in Survey No.196 admeasuring to an extent of 23 cents situated at Virupatchipuram Village, Vellore Taluk & District.

2. Heard, Mr.Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving them https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
