This is an application for condonation of delay of 137 days in filing the appeal.

Herd Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3, 5 & 6.

None appears for respondents 4, 7 and 8 though served.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 137 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed.
