ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.09.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 of IPC in Crime No.473 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant went to the wine shop at Hosur to Rayakottai Road, the petitioner intercept the defacto complainant and extorted Rs.2,000/- and Oppo Mobile Phone from him and escaped from the scene of occurrence. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the stolen articles has not yet been recovered. He further submits that there are two previous case pending against the petitioner, out of which, one case is filed under Section 302 of IPC. 6.Considering the submissions made by both counsel and also the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
