ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2021 as per the direction of the first respondent in letter No.25104/U2/2021 dated 25.08.2021 and second respondent letter No.3679/A1/2021 dated 21.09.2021.

2. On the representation submitted by the petitioner, the first and second respondents directed the third respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders by the communication dated 25.08.2021 and 21.09.2021, thereby directed the third respondent to conduct enquiry under Section 68(2) of the Registration Act on the representation submitted by the petitioner. However, the third respondent did not take any step to conduct any enquiry.

3. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and other counter parties, if any, and conduct enquiry and, after giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
