This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the 1st defendant who is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The other defendant is within the jurisdiction of this Court. It is contended that the suit transaction took place within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, leave is granted. Accordingly, this application stands allowed. The Registry may proceed to number the plaint if it is otherwise in order.
