Prayer in W.P.23878 of 2021: writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the Memo in Na.Ka.No.4327/E3/2021 dated 27.09.2021, issued by the 3rd respondent dealing with the title of the property in Survey Nos.153/1C2, 153/1C3, 153/1C4, 153/1C5 located at Shervaroy hills, Yercaud Taluk, Salem District, calling the petitioners for enquiry and quash the same and direct the respondents not to entertain any such complaint in respect of the title deeds concerned with the property atleast beyond the limitation provided under Article -59 of the Limitation Act.

Prayer in W.P.18099 of 2023: writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records on the file of the 3rd respondent in connection with the Memo in Na.Ka.No.4327/E3/2021 dated 03.01.2023 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to entertain any such complaint in respect of the Power of Attorney and other title deeds registered in favour of the petitioners concerned with the property in Survey Nos.153/1C2, 153/1C3, 153/1C4, 153/1C5, located at Shervaroy hills, Yercaud Taluk, Salem District, as it is for the competent Civil Court.

COMMON O R D E R The learned counsel on records for the petitioners submitted a letter seeking withdrawal of these writ petitions.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners made a submission that the issues between the parties has already been settled before the Lok Adalat and an award was passed accordingly. Thus, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw these writ petitions.
