This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15531 of 2025, dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30.a.m., from Monday to Friday and shall further appear before the respondent police at 10.30.a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.15531 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate daily at 10.30.a.m., from Monday to Friday and shall further appear before the respondent police at 10.30.a.m., on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders is relaxed.
