This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to file a final report relating to the Crime No.476 of 2021 dated 03.12.2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Naduveerapattu Police Station, Cuddalore District within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 03.12.2021, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months.
