ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent-Police to investigate the case in Cr.No.139/2024 dated 29/02/2024 on the file of the respondent-Police and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-Police and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this directs the respondent-Police to expedite the investigation in Crime.No.139/2024 and file a charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
