Respondent Prayer:- This Petition filed under section 482 Cr.P.C., to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.14670/2019 dated 01.08.2019 in paragraph 6 (b) that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only).

ORDER

The above Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.14670/2019 dated 01.08.2019.

Heard both sides.

This Court by an order dated 08.08.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.21385 of 2019 while modifying the condition imposed by the Court below, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of order in Crime No.91 of 2019 before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the amount has been deposited before the concerned Court on 04.09.2019 and a memo has been filed to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded and the Memo dated 04.09.2019 is accepted.

In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
