This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.340 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court at Dharmapuri. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charges are yet to be framed by the Court below and the case is posted on 31.08.2023 for framing of charges. The Court below shall proceed further to frame the charges based on the materials available. If any of the petitioners are aggrieved by the charges framed, it is left open to them to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. 3.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
