ORDER

The above miscellaneous petition is filed to set aside the order of this Court dated 18.12.2024 in W.P.No14834 of 2013 and to restore the same to its file.

2. This Court, by an order dated 18.12.2024 has dismissed W.P.No.14834 of 2013 for non-prosecution.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has now come on change of vakalath and the erstwhile counsel who was on record, did not appear on the two consecutive date of hearing i.e., 20.11.2024 and 27.11.2024, for which reason, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

the writ petition was dismissed on 18.12.2024.

4. Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered only on condition, the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of one week from today. Failure to make the payment on or before 22.09.2024, the dismissal order of this Court dated 18.12.2024, would stand confirmed. Post the main writ petition on 23.09.2025.
