By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Heard Mr.K.Hariharan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Inbanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.T.Padmanabhan, learned counsel appearing for the intervenor. 3.The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent-State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Madras to dispose of the I.A.No.10 of 2019 in Appeal No.12 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law, within the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
time stipulated by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for admission, Mr.T.Padmanabhan, who is appearing before the second respondent for K.M.Anbarasu, represents that there is a family dispute between the petitioner and the siblings of K.C.Maran and an Appeal in A.No.12 of 2019 is pending before the appellate authority/second respondent and the case is posted to 09.08.2019, after receiving the failure report from the Mediation Centre.
5. In such circumstances, the second respondent-State Transport Appellate Tribunal, City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the appeal No.12 of 2019, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
