This Application has been filed to accept the English translation of original Tamil Will in O.P.Dr.No.152011 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

3.The Will in English, which is sought to be accepted by this Court was translated by Mr.MR.Radhkrishnan, Advocate & Notary Public, who attested the same as "translated true copy". The original Will is in Tamil.

4.After hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant, in the interest of justice, subject to proof, this Petition is ordered.
