Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.01/7758/2013 dated 11.6.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 and 2 to fill up the vacancy in the post of Primary School Headmaster at the Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Primary School, Vettiyakadu, Nagapattinam District by conducting counseling and giving opportunity to all eligible teachers to participate in the counseling.
