These applications have been filed to declare the third respondent as major and to discharge the 2nd respondent from guardianship of third respondent in the above Original Petition.

2. According to the applicant, the third respondent was born on 25.11.1989 and she has attained majority in the year 2007. The said fact is not disputed by the respondents.

3. In the light of the above submission, these applications are allowed.
