PRAYER This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed to issue a WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS, to call for the records pertaining to the order of detention dated 02.06.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent in C3/D.O./74/2025 and quash the same and produce the detenue, Venkatesan S/o Thangavel aged about 48 years, detained at Central prison, Cuddalore, before this Honurable Court and set him at liberty.
