Side], appearing for the respondents would contend that the investigation in Crime No.283 of 2013 of T4, Maduravoyal Police Station, Chennai had already been concluded and a final report in P.R.C.No.31 of 2016 was laid before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee on 26.09.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Section https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

307 of the Indian Penal Code and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the present case, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
