This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 herein to produce the husband of the petitioner, namely Devadoss, S/o Perumal aged about 58 years, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint by post only on 11.01.2016 and even before the ink could dry, he has approached this Court for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus.

3. Under such circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if police fail to take action on the complaint dated 11.01.2016. gms Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-II) /True Copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To
