ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.09.2021 for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. @ 306 of IPC in Cr.No.779 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that due to family dispute, the petitioner is alleged to have harassed the deceased, due to which, he committed suicide.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P. No.19975 of 2021 and this Court vide order dated 26.10.2021 has dismissed the said petition.

5.Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19975 of 2021, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
