This Criminal Revision Case has been filed praying to call for the records and set aside the order dated 15.04.2025 in Crl.MP.No.74 of 2024 in

SC.No.239 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision case. An endorsement to that effect has been made in the case bundle. 3.

In view of the aforesaid endorsement, this criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial court is directed to proceed with the trial and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
