Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for records relating to the impugned order issued by the1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.C1/2955/2016 dated 19/09/2016 and quash the same and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to consider the name of the petitioner for promotion as Superintendent on par with his junior the 2nd respondent within a reasonable Period as may be fixed by this Court.
