ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ appeal filed challenging the orders passed in the Writ Petition has been dismissed on 10.03.2025.
2. The operative part of the above order reads as under: " 4. The Management will repay the amount recovered from the respective workmen within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, the Management will pay interest at 6% on the amount recovered from the date of recovery till date of payment."

3. Since the appellate court time has been granted eight weeks with a direction to pay interest for the delayed payment, if any, and eight weeks time has not been lapsed, I feel the contempt petition may be closed for the present.
4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present. No costs.
