(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for committing contempt of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.1883 of 2024 dated 31.01.2024.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader would submit that appeal preferred under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 came to be dismissed by the District Collector.
