2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a typographical mistake in Paragraph No.15 of the order dated 01.12.2023. It is submitted that in the last sentence of paragraph No.15 the word "applicant" should be substituted with the word "Official Liquidator". The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is fair and therefore the word "applicant" in the last sentence in Paragraph No.15 is to be substituted with the word "Official Liquidator". 31.01.2024 jas Note:Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh copy to the parties.
