Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 5th respondent in his proceedings dated 08.7.2024 vide No.A-34012/8/E1/2022/DPAR/EXAM)/PF.3 and quash the same and consequentially to direct the 5th respondent to appointment the petitioner as UDC in any suitable post as his qualification. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 5th respondent dated 08.07.2024 and for a consequential direction to the 5th respondent to appoint the petitioner as UDC in any suitable post.

2.Heard Ms.R.Kalaiyarasi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mrs.V.Sudha, learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of respondents 2 to 5.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to necessarily approach the Central Administrative Tribunal and seek for the relief and this writ petition is not maintainable. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal and workout his remedy. No Costs.

4.The Registry is directed to return back the original impugned order immediately to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
