ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) We perused the affidavit of Sri.S.Ashok Kumar, General Secretary of College Students and Graduates Association of the Blind. We are of the view that the only aspect the draft guidelines must clarify is the applicability of the same and the working mechanism for different places in Tamil Nadu other than Chennai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The other aspect brought out in para 7 of the affidavit is the alleged absence of State Coordination Committee under Section 13 of the Persons with Disability Act, 1995. If there is no such Committee, the same should be constituted at an early date, not later than one month from today. While doing so, the provisions of 2014 Bill may also be kept in mind.

3.The draft guidelines be brought in force with the aforesaid clarifications.

4.No further directions are required and the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
