Placing reliance upon the settlement deed stated to have been executed by his father dated 11.09.2015, the petitioner sought for change of patta. As the representations made on 16.09.2015 and 31.12.2015 are not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the above and taking note of the representations of the petitioner dated 16.9.2015 and 31.12.2015 which is pending consideration under the respondent, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
