Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further order in Crl.OP.No.14552 of 2021 dated 27/08/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.P.VENKATESH KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 27.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14552 of 2021 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioner. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 27.08.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required and for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
