The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has applied for the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed in C.S.No.259 of 2017, however, the same has not yet been made ready.

2.In these circumstances, the production of certified copy of the judgment and decree are dispensed with for the present. However, the Registry is directed to issue the certified copy of the judgment and decree at the earliest and also verify that the Appeal is filed in time. The Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and in time.
