This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.746 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Royapuram Police Station, Chennai and quash the same in so far as the petitioners herein are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that in the case registered in Cr.No.746 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police, final report has been filed before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, Chennai.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the fnal report filed by the respondent police. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.09.2023 msr To 2/4
