ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offences under Section 294(b), 323 and 506(1) of I.P.C, in Crime No. 460 of 2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the offence mentioned in the FIR is bailable in nature. Hence, granting anticipatory bail doesn't arise.

3.The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
