[RESPONDENTS] PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue of Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents from proceeding with selection for appointment to the post of PG Assistant Economics as per Notification issued by 1st respondent for direct recruitment of PG Assistant for Government Higher Secondary School 2012-2013 dated 09.05.2013, without finalizing the select list for appointment to the post of PG Assistant Economics based on Advertisement No.3 of 2012 dated 28.02.2012, issued by the 1st respondent for direct recruitment to the vacancies to the post of PG Assistant for the year 2011-2012.
