ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2013. 3.It is seen that the representation was made to consider vide proceedings dated 04.05.2012 and notice was issued pursuant thereto and hearing was also completed. Though the hearing was completed in 2013 itself, till date, no final orders have been passed. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4.In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the case, there will be a direction upon the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2013 after notice to the petitioner and other persons who are likely to be aggrieved and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
