2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that no complainant is pending against the petitioner. There is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent and on apprehension, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. It is seen that there is no complaint is pending against the petitioner and there is no material to show that the respondent police harassed the petitioner either by sending summons or under the guise of enquiry. Mere apprehension may not be a ground for granting the relief as sought for unless there is prima facie proof to show that the respondents police is harassing the petitioner.
