NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petition is filed to condone the delay of 38 days in filing the above revision. 2.Mr.K.P.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has got strong objection stating that the cheque is of the year 2015 and the cheque amount is Rs.1,00,000/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to settle the amount and to show his bonafide he will produce the Demand Draft for the cheque amount.

4.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
