PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct 1 to 4 respondents to conduct an enquiry against the 5th to 7th respondents related to the Document No.4590/2015 dated 06.04.2015 and document No.16370/2014 dated 04.12.2014 as per representation dated 20.01.2024 conducted an eqnury under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908 and also time limit may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to respondents 1 to 4, to conduct an enquiry, under Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908.

2. In view of the order dated 02.08.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.10291 of 2022 etc. batch cases, Section 77-A of the Registration Act, 1908, is struck down and hence, the prayer has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
