O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 12.03.2016 relating to the complaint of issuing the Certificate in the name of wrong persons pertaining

to the property situated in Sembedu Village comprised in S.Nos.185/4, 186/1A, 186/5A, 186/5C, 186/9B & 187/8 and lands comprised in S.Nos.187/5 & 186.

2.Mr.S.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred a complaint against the fourth respondent on 10.12.2015 and also sent a reminder on 13.12.2016, for which no action was taken so far and hence, the writ petition is filed.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the third respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 10.12.2015 and 12.03.2016. 4.Mr.N.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that there is no proof provided for the above said representations and if a fresh representation is given to the third respondent, the third respondent is ready to consider the representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.In the light of the above submissions, this court without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation, within a period of two weeks by enclosing the copy of this order. On such compliance, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks therefrom.

6.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
