] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 6 days in preferring the above Writ Appeal. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner as well as respondent.

3.Though both sides are not present, this Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the petitioner has explained the reason for the delay to the satisfaction of this Court, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
