ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition has been instituted, directing the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 15 days without escort to the detenue Kannan @ Thamizhazhagan, S/o.Shanmugam, aged about 38 years, Convict No. 18504 Confined at Central Prison Coimbatore.

2.The Writ Petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.8475 of 2024 and this Court passed an order on 15.04.2024 granting leave to the convict prisoner. Accordingly, the convict prisoner availed leave facility for 28 days from 18.04.2024 to 15.05.2024. 3.In view of the said fact, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the convict prisoner is not eligible to avail ordinary leave. Therefore, we are not inclined to consider the Ordinary leave petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
