2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation was for a grant of minority status to the college for the academic year 2012-13 and the prayer itself has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
