Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3, 4 and 5 to register the sale deeds regarding the sales of the undivided shares of the petitioners herein out of entire properties of Late Mr.S.Bhoopathy situated in and around Coimbatore City, subject to the condition that the purchasers of the said properties of late S.Bhoopathy shall make deposit of share amount of 6th respondent Mr.V.Vedanarayanan in any one of Nationalised Bank in the name of Mr.V.Vedanarayanan on the date of execution and registration of Sale Deeds.
