ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner is the father of one Mr.S.Venkatesan aged about 21 years.

According to the petitioner, Mr.S.Venkatesan is found missing from 13.4.2016 onwards. In this regard, the petitioner has made a complaint on 23.4.2016. Since no action has been taken by the second respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr.V.M.R.Rajendran submitted that investigation done so far in Cr.No.194/16 has revealed that the detenu has eloped with a married woman with two children by name Sasikala and are hiding elsewhere.

3. In the light of the said submission made and inview of the fact that investigation is in progress and since we are satisfied that there is no illegal detention, this petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed.
