ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal pending in Appeal No.8715387 of 2024 which was filed against the Award passed by the 2nd respondent in A.R.C. No.71/2021 dated 07.03.2023, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.K.Venkateswaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and also the considering the fact that the appeal has been pending from the year 2024 onwards, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to deal with the appeal on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
