Common Prayer: Writ petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records of the impugned regulations in the Approval Process Hand Book 2011-2012, Appendix-I in Clause 1.2.1 published by the 1st respondent for the academic year 2011-2012, the Circular of the 3rd respondent in No.4111/J4/2011 dated 14.06.2011 and consequential order of the 3rd respondent dated 17.12.2011 and 19.12.2011 respectively and quash the same in so far as it relates to insistence of the minimum eligibility of 50% marks in the qualifying examination for the petitioner and directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue his MBA Degree Course in the 6th respondent college without reference to the fixation of revised minimum marks of 50% (45% for reserved category) in under graduate course.
