O R D E R

This Civil Revision petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.678 of 2019 pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. It is seen from the docket orders that the O.P is pending for 1/4

respondent's evidence from March 2021. It is stated that the transfer petition has been filed before the Principal Judge.

3. Mr.K.Balasubramaniam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no such transfer petition is pending.

4. Taking into account the fact that the O.P. is pending as a part heard case, the II Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the OP within a period of four months from the date of receipt of either a web copy or a certified copy of this order, which ever is earlier.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
