This petition is filed to condone the delay of 172 days in filing the above criminal revision.
2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.
3.The learned counsel for respondent filed his counter objecting for the condonation of delay and had given a calculation that as on date, the petitioner is due to the maintenance amount of Rs.2,51,490/-.
4.The learned counsel for petitioner objects to the calculation and submits that according to the petitioner, it is only around Rs.1,50,000/- and if sufficient time is given, the petitioner will deposit the same.
5.In view of the above, the petitioner's submission and contentions can be considered at the time of admission of the revision. Hence, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
