3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to strike out the Civil Revision Petition (CRP No. 2411 of 2017) and re-number the same as Arbitration Appeal.

5. Registry is also directed to expedite the listing for the hearing on 26.03.2026.
