Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to revise the seniority of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant and Assistant and retrospectively promote him to the post of Junior Assistant and Assistant and from the date on which the 2nd Respondent was promoted and further promote the petitioner to the post of Sub-Registrar of the panel 2010-2011 by including his name in the appropriate place under the reserved category of Arunthathiar Community.
