The subject matter of challenge in this writ petition is to the order of suspension passed against the petitioner.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of suspension passed against the petitioner has been revoked, vide proceedings of the respondent dated 01.09.2014 in Na.Ka.No.9(1)/2013 A and in pursuant to the same, the petitioner also joined the service on the same date and the documents produced in this regard are taken on file and recorded.

3. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
